Below are the most frequently asked questions. Of course, you may always contact us if you would like more information.
Our 3D prints are made of a sturdy material and most of our 3D prints are sturdy enough by themselves. Because we 3D print with different materials and sizes, there are some 3D prints that are fragile though. Especially when 3D printing large objects, there are different requirements. Therefore, we always offer the customer additional options such as: industrial coating, reinforcing with foam or other filling materials and reinforcing with steel structures. This depends entirely on the customer's application. During the contact moment with the customer we always discuss this and see which option to go for. For example, this also depends on where your 3D print will be placed (inside or outside) and what the application of the 3D prints is. Our engineers always give expert advice on this.
No, with our 3D prints (SLA) there are no lines visible because we use the SLA 3D printing method. In addition, we always sand our 3D prints neatly so that the 3D print is neatly tight.
On our Massivit 1800 3D printer, the 3D print does come out of the 3D printer with lines, however, we always finish it (in consultation with the customer) with spray putty.
If you do not have a 3D model available then we can offer the following options: 3D scanning of the object, re-drawing of the object, free form 3D design and special 3D modeling e.g. with voronoi and polygon style.
Technical 3D printing: We have a standard delivery time of 1-2 weeks for small 3D prints. Because we SLA 3D printing, we can sometimes arrange our "3D printing bed" flexibly and add additional 3D prints. Delivery time depends on quantity and our schedule. We can also often offer our "Next Day Service" at an additional cost.
XXL 3D printing: We use a standard of 2-4 weeks for large 3D prints. This depends on the utilization of our 3D printer and related projects as well as the complexity and completion of the job.
Our prices are always customized for the customer. We do not currently have software on our website to calculate a price directly. If you have an STL file of your 3D design we can often provide a quote within a day.
You can contact us and we can sometimes give you an advance directive by phone should there be a rush.
Depending on the complexity of the job, we can provide a quote within 2 - 5 days. If you can provide an STL file then we can provide a quote within a day. If you do not have a 3D design or 3D scan then it is a more complex process for us to calculate our prices, so please keep this in mind.
If you want a quick guide price for then it is best to contact us by phone for a guideline.

No, not at this moment. Due to our 3D printers utilizing the SLA technique, there is at this moment no recyclable materials (resins) available. However, resin manufacturers are continuously developing them as there is a demand in the market. We expect that materials for this purpose will also become available very soon. 3D Next Level is a testing partner for the resins from our manufacturers, which means we will be among the first to test them.
No, the shipping costs are not included in the price or quote. You can pick up your 3D print yourself in Maasland, or we will calculate the shipping costs on the invoice. Shipping and packaging costs start from €16.95, depending on the dimensions and whether it's domestic or international.
We always ship with our trusted partner, Holland Express Partners BV.
