Assembly and additional components
We believe in assisting you throughout your entire production process. Because our 3D prints often require internal reinforcement, we frequently incorporate steel components into the prints. We also adhere threaded inserts or studs into our 3D prints, attach 3D printed parts to existing elements, or provide the appropriate fasteners directly. Services such as adding electrical components or LEDs are all areas where we have expertise. We're happy to provide practical insights to ensure your idea is realized effectively.
Steel structures & reinforcements from 3D printing
In many cases, the 3D print needs to be reinforced inside. We can finish our 3D prints for inside and for outside. Examples of reinforcing where we can help and relieve you are:
- Steel structure with support platform and with possible attachment points.
- Solidify a 3D print by filling it with RIM, resin or foam.
- Internal reinforcement e.g. with wood, steel pins, rebar, ribs etc.
- Reinforce with polyester.
- Mounting means for attaching 3D objects to each other e.g. by means of snap fasteners, bolts, bayonet fasteners, sliding pins, etc.
- Provide lifting devices in the 3D object with the necessary lifting equipment.
- Official calculation report by a licensed structural engineer.
LED
We can offer various lighting options with our 3D printing:
- Apply LED lighting with LED effects or even complete LED shows in the 3D printed object. Our 3D printed objects are translucent, that is, translucent. Basic our 3D printed objects are white.
- Apply LED lighting on and around spot lighting, optional effects and complete light shows.
- Facade letters with mounting and LED lighting
- Company logos with attachment and LED lighting
- Video mapping with 3D objects.
CNC
We also have an in-house CNC router that we use for various additional offerings to complement our products. Some examples:
- Personalized pictures with text to create for awards and artwork, among other things.
- Making wooden underplates for our 3D prints.
- Making custom plastic display cases.
- CNC milled plastic or foam objects in 3D if cheaper than 3D printing or just complementary with 3D printing.
Besides CNC, we also offer various cutting and typesetting metal (hanging brackets, trim, finishing, fastening, etc.) and laser and water cutting for additional materials (sheet metal, plastic, acrylic and Plexiglas, rubber and foam sheets, wood, etc.). We only offer this as an extra to our customers to offer a total solution. For other production methods please refer to our website Industrial.
