We are looking for someone who is willing to invest in both 3D Next Level and themselves by immersing themselves in everything involved in the spraying process in our company: from safety to various coatings, and from improvements in the spray booth to enhancing our production process. We are keen to expand our offerings in the coming years and therefore, we are also open to someone who wants to explore new coatings, finishes, and techniques among other things.
You'll be thrown into the deep end right away, but there's plenty of room for your own initiative and attention to your development. You tackle projects with lots of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm. You think out-of-the-box and can be flexible with the fact that this company is still very much in development. Tasks
We have a sprayer in our team who is eager to collaborate with you and teach you new techniques where necessary. We are not an auto body shop where cars need to be sprayed one after another; we often spray only once or twice a day. The rest of the time, our 3D prints are processed, prepped, stretched, and transformed into our final products.
What kind of work will I be doing?
- Spraying, sanding, masking, and finishing 3D prints in our spray booth.
- Spraying and finishing Vero Metal (metal/bronze coating)
- Applying special coatings such as gold, glitter, neon, crackle, and other effects
- Use of special spraying techniques such as applying shadows or other effects
- Maintenance and cleaning of spraying equipment and the spray booth
- Processing 3D prints: reinforcing, gluing, connecting
- Various other technical tasks in the workshop

Job Requirements
- You have an MBO diploma at level 2, 3, or 4 and a genuine affinity for technology.
- You enjoy getting your hands dirty and don't mind getting dirty. Sanding and spraying are tasks you're comfortable with; in fact, they're your passion and expertise.
- You are familiar with the current safety regulations and procedures for spraying and maintenance, and you adhere to them.
- You are eager to learn, excel in your work, and are keen to learn and master new techniques. You resonate with our motto "I've never done it before, I think I can do it."
- You're a go-getter and a perseverant individual with discipline and integrity.
- You're a team player and can collaborate well, both as part of a team and individually.
- Proficient in Dutch language.
- You're available and live nearby.
